I was born in Hamburg in 1990 and grew up in Northern Germany. Always close to the sea and the big ships in the port. The seaside taught me to observe closely and always keep my eyes open for special moments. For the magic that happens between day and night. And between rain and sunshine. 

 

Eventually, I bought my first camera. And that is how a love story started. For light. For shadows. For colour. And for the magic of black and white. This is a documentary of my journey. Thank you for stopping by.  ​
